Payment
ApS accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

You can pay with Anyday at Cillouettes
If you have an account with Anyday, you can now use their installment payment solution in our checkout.
With Anyday you get the option to split a payment into smaller chunks and pay over four months. Zero interest, zero fees, as long as you pay on time.
Anyday requires that you pay a minimum of 25% of your order total at checkout, but whether you pay more is entirely up to you.
You must shop for at least DKK 300 to be able to pay with Anyday.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark.
Cillouettes ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcelshop
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will be responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 10 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@cillouettes.com , to which the standard withdrawal form must be completed and sent (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
Problems with the goods upon receipt or missing goods
You are responsible for checking that the goods you receive are correct in relation to your order immediately upon receipt of your package. If there are any errors or missing items, you must notify us via info@cillouettes.com immediately upon receipt of the package.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Cillouettes ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Cillouettes ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Cillouettes ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints options
When making a complaint, our email address must be stated: info@cillouettes.com and the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

Standard cancellation form
Unclaimed goods
Uncollected items sent with GLS that are returned to Cillouettes.dk will be subject to a return fee of DKK 90. The fee corresponds to the fee we are charged from GLS. In addition, a transaction fee of 2.5% of the order value will be charged, corresponding to our payments to NETS, Mobilepay.
Cillouettes.dk will only refund the amount for the order once we have received the undelivered package at our address - which can take up to 2-8 business days.
Complaint
If you need to make a complaint about an item, you must contact Cillouettes.dk at info @cillouettes.dk, who will send you a return label. If you purchase a return label yourself, it is not possible to get a refund.
Gifts with purchase
At Cillouettes, you can receive gifts with your purchase in connection with selected campaigns.
The gifts will appear in your cart if your order meets the conditions for receiving the gifts.
The gift will not be sent in the following cases:
- More than one gift has been added.
- The order amount excluding shipping does not meet the criteria for the gift.
If the entire order or parts of the order are returned so that the order no longer meets the amount mentioned as the criterion for receiving the gift, the value of the gift will be offset against the refund.
