Our normal return period is 30 days. However, from November 5, 2024 onwards, we have extended it so that you can return your order until January 10, 2025. So you can still buy gifts.

Is Cillouettes a Danish webshop?
Cillouettes is 100% Danish. We have a Danish CVR number (DK43829459), a Danish address and all our goods are sent from our warehouse in Copenhagen.

Fits the pillow cover for my pillow in 60x63 cm
We know it sounds crazy. But a pillow cover in 51x66 cm fits perfectly with a head pillow in 60x63.
To get a firm and stretched silk pillowcase, it must fit tightly around the pillow so that the surface is completely "smooth". This ensures that your hair and skin get the optimal conditions and are not harmed by "wrinkles" in an oversized pillowcase.
If you do not think that our pillow cover fits your 60x63 head pillow - then we will send you a return label for free and return the entire amount.
Selling in "real" silk?
We only sell genuine mulberry silk. Some retailers try to call satin, cotton and bamboo "silky", but sell a cheap alternative textile product instead. Our silk is a minimum of 19 momme, which is your guarantee that the silk is of the highest quality.
Can I mix two different colors in your "2-pack"
Yes, you can. Write it as a note in your order or send us an email at info@cillouettes.com

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be transferred after we have received your return package. The amount from your order is in your bank account 2-8 banking days from our receipt of the package.
How do I exchange my item?

When do you withdraw the money?
On normal purchases, we only withdraw your money when your order has been dispatched. For pre-orders, we will withdraw the money 1 week before dispatch.
